Not in when we return your laundry?
There are times when an emergency comes up and you have to go out, or you are late from work forgetting that we are delivering your laundry that evening. We understand that this can very occasionally happen and will attempt to deliver your laundry on another day mutually agreed with you. However, if there is no-one in on the second attempted delivery then you will incur a charge of £5.00 to cover the cost of our driver and fuel. Your laundry can then be collected by yourself or returned at a time convenient to us.
Same Day Service
Is available for a small charge of £5.00 if you call us before 10am and specify you require a same day service. This service applies to standard ironing only and is a maximum of 20 items.
